SMOOTH, Inc., a homegrown non-profit company, has been incorporated in Santa Maria since 1975 assisting senior citizens, the developmentally disabled and the economically disadvantaged with essential transportation needs.
SMOOTH Inc. needs caring people who aspire to become commercially licensed drivers and we’ll help you with your professional training.
SMOOTH, Inc. will hire and train you, provide the guidance, facilities, and equipment you need to acquire your commercial license, and will reimburse you for most of your expenses. After you complete your training and successfully acquire your commercial driver’s license and endorsements we’ll further train you as we make you a regular SMOOTH employee, full-time or part-time.
SMOOTH is a great place to earn supplemental income through part-time employment or you may wish to work full-time on your own route.

SMOOTH’s $1,000 Sign-on bonus, paid after a successful 90 day introductory period, will help supplement your new-hire wage.
Minimum license requirements are a Class C Commercial License with a passenger endorsement. We help you with that.
